Code, Connect, and Discover AI with Micro:bit

Discover how to integrate coding and hands-on technology into your classroom to help students explore the fundamentals of artificial intelligence. In this session, you’ll learn how to wire and code a micro:bit with Google Teachable Machine and with a HuskyLens — a smart vision sensor capable of color, facial, movement, and line recognition. By combining these tools, you’ll create interactive projects that demonstrate how AI recognizes and responds to its environment, giving students a tangible understanding of how artificial intelligence works. All activities are curricular aligned with SaskEd outcomes from grades 6 – 11.
