
This session is in-person from 9:00 – 11:45 at the SaskCode office located at Estey School. Sub costs will be covered for this session, therefore we can only accept 20 applicants.
Learn the basics of Arduino microcontroller boards through our new interactive activity “OPERATION Z”! This is a student directed activity that uses guidance from a virtual teacher that is turn key making it easier for teachers to utilize in the classroom. Make use of sensors, lights, motors, and other components to help thwart a zombie apocalypse. This session is designed for teachers in grades 7 thru 12 but any teacher looking to use the Arduino with their class will find this session useful. The activities for this robot are linked to Math, Science, and PAA. Computers and arduinos will be provided for the session.
